Yes, all of our needles and cartridges are 100% EO Gas sterilized and individually blister packaged to ensure the highest safety standards for both the artist and the client.

How long does shipping typically take?

Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

What is your return policy on tattoo ink and machines?

Due to health and safety regulations, tattoo ink cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Machines may be returned within 30 days if they are in original, unused condition; however, many brands carry their own manufacturer warranty for repairs.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for professional studios?

Are the tattoo machines sold at Element Tattoo Supply covered by a warranty?

Most of our professional tattoo machines come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. We recommend registering your product on the manufacturer's website immediately after purchase.
